About Us

Bargains.com.au is a community driven website set up to share various types of bargains with it's members and the general public.

The primary purpose of the site is to continually deliver the best, freshest most valued bargains to our dedicated members.

Our History

The site was initially set up in 2011, but due to excessive hosting costs and limited budgets it was forced to close to the public in mid-2014.

Once it was closed in mid-2014, it was available to a very small, select group of existing members of the site, in order to share ideas and potentially find a way to open it to the public once more.

In early 2016, funding, developers and hosting was secured to re-develop the site. A full 9 months of research and development has been put into the site, allowing it to relaunch to existing members and the general public on Sunday, 16th of October 2016.

Our Future

Now with funding and a team of dedicated and passionate developers, the site will be available well into the future.

Our team are strongly focused on ensuring the best possible product is available to our members and will continue to add features to the site while also ensuring the quality of the experience remains top-notch.

Merchants/Advertising Potential

At present we are not actively engaged with merchants or advertising their products on the site. However, if you are a merchant, feel free to drop us a line as we are willing to understand if there are any bargains that can be of premium value to our members.
